Who runs this

monoglyphaudio.com and the Monoglyph Audio plugins are operated by Monoglyph Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17364027), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, contact hello@monoglyphaudio.com.

Buying a plugin

Licences are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our merchant of record and authorised reseller. That means you buy the product from Paddle, and Paddle, not us, handles payment, billing, your invoice, sales tax and VAT, and cancellations and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to that transaction. The software itself is licensed to you by Monoglyph Ltd under the terms below. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian to buy it for you.

Cancelling and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's refund policy. Paddle took your payment and holds your invoice, so Paddle is also who gives the money back. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, your 14-day right to cancel, and how it applies to software delivered the moment you pay, are set out in Paddle's buyer terms, which you accept at checkout.

To ask for a refund, go to paddle.net, the buyer portal run by Paddle, or email us and we'll get it in front of Paddle from our side. Either route ends up in the same place. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Every plugin has a full trial so you can be sure before you buy.

When a purchase is refunded in full, or a card dispute reverses it, the licence key from that purchase is deactivated.

Your licence

A licence is for one person. It lets you install and use the plugin on the computers you personally use, up to the activation limit shown at purchase, for as long as you like, including every update to that major version. You can move it between machines by deactivating one. You can't resell it, share the key, or use it to build a service for others. If a key is shared widely we may disable it, and we'll tell you first.

Trials are complete and time-limited. When a trial ends the plugin passes audio through untouched until a key is entered; nothing you made is deleted.

What we promise, and don't

We'll keep the plugins working on current versions of macOS and Windows and the hosts we list, fix bugs, and answer support email ourselves. Software is provided as is; we don't promise it's fit for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited to what you paid, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without taking away protections you have under the law where you live. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
